Long-standing supporters and new show exhibitors are invited to feature their vintage farming machinery. Please let Cody Winter know that you are coming. $5 per person entry on the day.

Market/Craft sites are available for small-scale vendors to sell items such as jams, chutneys, jewellery, art, clothing and toys. These sites are aimed at market-goers and hobbyists. Full-scale retail businesses that want to be in this area will need to book and pay for the cost of a full trade site.

Craft sites are now open. Please complete the online Google doc to register your interest. Applications close 31st August 2026. Due to limited sites being available, please note that a submitted form does not guarantee a site at the Show. These will be confirmed once applications close.

Cost: Prices start at $80.00 (+ GST) for a 6m x 6m site. 

FOOD SITES ARE NOW OPEN

Sites are offered first to our longstanding Rangiora Show food vendors, and further applications are then considered depending on space and food requirements.

Trade sites are available to rural-focused businesses, such as providers of machinery, vehicles, farm supplies, contracting and real estate.
